• WHAT TO EXPECT FROM REAL WOOL: Authentic wool has a natural alpaca/sheep wool scent on arrival that fades within a couple of weeks — proof of pure, untreated fiber, never chemically deodorized. Expect a textured wool feel (not slippery-soft like synthetic fibers) and some natural fiber shedding that diminishes with time and use. These are signs of real wool, not defects.
